Weekly Workout Recap and Menu Planning - 11Jan

Happy Sunday ! I am just back from the grocery stores and done with stocking the veggies for the week.  This weekend has been low key. We were to go a Mexican restaurant yesterday but that did not happen sadly. Hubby got a tooth pain and we had to cancel that program. I just hope he gets well soon. I spent most of the time cleaning the house and trying to keep weekend interesting by experimenting some new dishes. 

I am happy to have stuck with the TIU workouts for 2 weeks. I have followed all the workouts and did not miss. I am sincerely trying to finish the challenge strong and get toned  !!!

Monday (1/5) AM- 5 Km Walk, Love Your Arms & Abs with Karena x2
Tuesday (1/6) AM- 8 Km Walk
Wednesday (1/7) AM- 5 Km Run, Love Your ARMS x2, Love Your ABS x2
Thursday (1/8) AM- Love Your Total Body x2
Friday (1/9) AM- 5 Km run/ walk, Beach Yoga
Saturday (1/10) AM- Rest
Sunday (1/11) AM- 10 Km Run

Lunch:
Mint Rice
Spinach Lentils vegetable and Rice
Capsicum Rice

Snacks: 
Sprouted Green Gram
Fruit Salad
Vegetables and Hummus

Dinner:
Carrot and Roti
Tofu and Roti
Cauliflower and Roti
